What can you expect when you're ordering lunch at 12p in the gables, people are in a rush trying to get your order and move on so you can get your food fast. I give them 5 stars because the food is 99.9% always delicious, always hot, cheap, and always fast. Your spending $7.99 on a lunch combo, half a sandwich, soup or salad, chips AND a soda. Lets be real you can't ask for perfection. The food is good take what get.

Honestly I have been ordering from Emily’s off and on for over a year and their phone service leaves a lot to be desired the lady that takes the orders is rude and rushes you off the phone. And god forbid you try and ask how much the total is. Today was the last time I will order from there and I will spread the word at work as well. The phone services was unforgivable she hangs up on me calls me back and then continues her rudeness I decided against my better judgment to continue the order my she said it would be 45 mins after 2 hrs and 10 mins it arrived cold and wrong. Please do not order from there save yourself the frustration.

The food is always good if you order by phone it is usually ready in fifteen minutes. The people are very friendly and Hector is always very nice and tries his best to get to you quickly. Honestly whenever I’m in doubt I always order here becAuse I know they will never let me down.

Mediocre service, Old guy was very rude and food took hours to get here. 1 star is being beyond generous... actually I dont have a choice. Place should be closed !!!!!
